School Referral & Rebate Programme

Terms & Conditions

1. Rebate Calculation & Eligible Purchases

Rebate Rate: The 10% cash rebate is calculated on the net ticket purchase price after discounts and GST are deducted (net of Goods and Services Tax).

Eligible Tickets: The rebate applies solely to standard admission entry tickets purchased through the official booking platform.

Exclusions: The rebate does not apply to:

- Little Ninja Dojo tickets

- Processing, ticketing, or platform administrative fees.

- Merchandise sales, food and beverage, or on-site add-ons.

- Discounted complimentary tickets or school classes already receiving a separate discount.

2. Code Application & School Responsibility

Mandatory Checkout Entry: To qualify for the 10% rebate, the buyer must enter the school’s unique rebate code at the time of online checkout.

No Retroactive Applications: Rebates will not be applied retroactively under any circumstances. If a purchaser completes a transaction without using the code, that sale cannot be added to the rebate tally after the purchase is finalized.

School Enforcement Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the school to distribute, promote, and enforce the use of their designated rebate code within their community prior to ticket purchases being made.

Online Purchases Only: the referral code will only function for online sales and will not work at point of sale checkouts.

3. Payouts & Banking

Notification of Code usage: At the completion of the event in your city/region, we will send an email to the same email address that the original rebate code was sent to. This email will only be sent if the rebate value is greater than $200 and will contain instructions for claiming the rebate payout.

Minimum Payout Threshold: A school must accrue a minimum total rebate balance of $200.00 by the conclusion of their local tour leg to qualify for a payout. Rebate totals below $200.00 will not be processed or disbursed.

Payment Timeline: Qualifying payouts will be processed within 14 to 21 business days following the conclusion of the local tour leg in the school's designated region.

Payment Method: Payouts will be made via Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) to the official bank account designated by the school. Payouts will not be issued to personal bank accounts of individual contact persons.

Tax Compliance: The school is responsible for providing valid banking details and any requested tax documentation (e.g., ABN/NZBN or tax registration status) prior to the release of funds.

Expiration: The rebate offer expires if the school fails to complete the rebate payout process within 10 weeks of being sent email notification of the rebate payout process.

4. Ticket Cancellations & Refunds

If a ticket buyer receives a refund or initiates a credit card chargeback for an eligible ticket, the 10% rebate earned from that transaction will be deducted from the school's final payout total.

5. Marketing & Intellectual Property

Permitted Use: Registered schools are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the provided Promotional Kit materials (newsletter copy, social media graphics, and digital cards) to promote the event to their school community.

Brand Integrity: Schools must not alter, distort, or misrepresent The Ninja Run logos, branding, or ticket pricing in any promotional communications.

6. Program Modification & Termination

The Ninja Run reserves the right to suspend or cancel a school’s participation or invalidate a rebate code if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, code misuse, or public misrepresentation of the event.

The Ninja Run reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by providing written notice to the registered contact.
